Job Summary:
Configuration analyst responsible for facilitating business process reviews and mapping of business requirements to technical operational requirements for Data Acquisition & Operational Reports in the NextGen biller. Serve as a strategic and forward-thinking functional expert during business process review workshops and use case creation as part of Agile program delivery activities. Participate in feature prioritization, policy and process impact identification and updates, and Business Validation Testing. Advocate for Data Acquisition & Operational Reports POV throughout activities and communicate key features to the successful delivery of the platform. Role is based out of Philadelphia.

Core Responsibilities:

-Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data Acquisition & Operational Reports functions and participate in Business Process Scan Workshops and subsequent Deep Dive sessions to drive use case identification early in the process

-Attend elaboration sessions to ensure operational reporting use cases are understood

-Participate in integration solution discussions to ensure proper mapping of business requirements to technical operational requirements for Data Acquisition & Operational Reports in the NextGen biller

-Create use cases in SmartSheets and map to features and deliverables for quarterly MVPs

-Review business rules and data definition/data usage decisions from Data Governance; provide feedback via request for clarification and/or recommended corrections

-Construct process for Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) for material and vendor XML data between EBI, OnTrac, MELD, and Comcast Databases to Amdocs ADH

-Lead the efforts to determine whether new tables are required and ensure that all the data mapping activities are identified and the SMEs are identified for each task

-Collaborate with SDM and Scrum master to escalate issues to product owners and stakeholders as necessary to drive issue prioritization and resolution

-Prepare communication readiness documents intended to align key stakeholders on overall status, issues, risks, and updates from third-party vendors

-Participate in all stages of Business Validation Testing (BVT) including developing and running test cases, and coordinating demos and recordings of BVT

-Participate in Sprint Demos and provide feedback on the solution

-Partner closely with Comcast HQ and Divisional experts in Data Acquisition & Operational Reports

Job Specification:
-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Business
-Generally requires 11+ years related experience
