About the Opportunity:

FW's Ad Operations function is a new part of FW's Client Services team. Entrants to this role will have the ability to define the new function, stand up processes, and build something from scratch. This is a great opportunity for a forward thinking Ad Ops professional to build out a team from the ground up/be part of something new.

  • Maintain FreeWheel Network structure for a portfolio of clients
  • Administer and maintain a client's FW network instance
  • Work with clients to set up appropriate ad units, Commercial Break patterns, restrictions, and user experience settings
  • Ensure client integrations and players work as expected by performing QA activities
  • Prepare reports for clients based on monitors, activities, and FW data
  • Manage customer requests through the appropriate workflows

Responsibilities:

  • Establish best in class workflows and operating cadence
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coach managed services team to deliver against customer requirements
  • Work with revenue team to explain managed services business
  • Prepare operational reports for FW management on operating KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for additional Managed and Advisory Services

Preferred Experience/Background:

  • 5-10 years' experience in Digital Ad Operations for Video Publisher, long form video experience preferred (Manager)
  • Experience with digital ad servers, FW platform experience preferred
  • Comfortable in Excel/PowerPoint, Knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Direct experience working with internal/external client stakeholders in sales, technology, or operations
  • Knowledge of IAB standards for digital advertising including VAST, VMAP, VPAID
  • Experience leading teams of 3 5 associates
  • Experience establishing new processes and improving operational processes
