XFINITY Mobile is a new wireless service built for the way people use their phones today with the internet at the center of the experience. We use America's largest and most reliable 4G LTE network, along with the nation's largest WiFi network, to give customers a better wireless experience.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Manager-Compliance and Remediation within the Xfinity Mobile Risk Management organization will be responsible for developing and leveraging data analytics to identify instances and patterns of potentially fraudulent activity by employees and business partners and facilitating investigations pertaining to the misappropriation of wireless devices and other company assets. The Senior Manager will be responsible for interfacing with internal business partners to facilitate investigations and remediation efforts to root cause issues with business process operations and internal controls and recommending effective preventive solutions.

- Identifies internal fraud risks within all aspects of the business and designs/builds data analytics to monitor and identify anomalous activity indicative of potentially fraudulent behavior.

- Performs detailed analysis of analytics on an ongoing basis.

- Effectively develops relationships with internal Xfinity Mobile and Cable business partners to effectively execute monitoring and investigative responsibilities.

- Manages and analyzes data and other information that supports suspected and verified instances of potential third-party theft or fraud against the mobile business to be utilized in the execution of investigation procedures.

- Initiates and manages internal investigations utilizing and partnering with internal business partners (Cable Security and Compliance).

- Performs effectively as a project leader across multiple investigations.

- Ensures that appropriate evidence is gathered and appropriately secured.

- Ensures investigation reports, as appropriate, are developed timely and with high quality.

- Conducts interviews and other investigative activities as necessary including but not limited to account research, interviews (in person or telephonic), online research, document reviews, and data analysis.

- Identifies opportunities for improvement to investigation methods, tools, and training.

- Identifies meaningful business process and internal control enhancements and works with appropriate business stakeholders to implement.

Education and Experience

Education Level Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is required. Master's preferred.

Years of Experience Generally requires 8-11 years of related experience

- Demonstrates solid project management skills, including developing investigation plans, timelines, and budgets, executing per plan, and messaging status/issues to appropriate internal team members and business partners.

- Data analytics skills including data gathering, cleansing, and visualization.

- Manages the activities of team members and business partners and keeps assignments on track for completion and assures that all activities are conducted in accordance with stated company policies and applicable laws.

- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications, and an ability to collaborate with others.

- Reviews work product of team members and external business partners to ensure they are clear, complete, and well-organized.
