Responsible for acting as a high-level individual contributor to the Payroll Department with regards to the Payroll and Time Management Systems. Ensures that all employee records in the systems are accurately updated and in a timely fashion. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for specific Payroll and Time Management systems related inquiries and projects. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Core Responsibilities

- Analyzing, developing and executing of QA strategy and plan.
- Conducts regular HRIS maintenance and audits to ensure the quality of data.
- Critically think through complex situations to recommend and/or take appropriate action while balancing between employee wants and business needs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills recognizing risks, process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Provides user feedback to management and helps influence future systems enhancements.
- Responsible for testing the accuracy of time and payroll configuration via a thorough testing strategy created,
documented, and executed upon by incumbent
- Assists in the entry, maintenance, review, and audit of all time and payroll data housed in both Kronos system and SAP HCM modules.
- Supports efforts to maintain accurate master data. Extracts data and provides analysis of master and transactional data.
- Oversees the correction of master data with appropriate field HR personnel and Employee Service Center personnel.
- Providing QA work estimates to the Payroll Tech Team for inclusion into detailed project schedule, project costs, and timelines
- Understands basic integration between systems and the impact of manipulating the data in one and the effect downstream.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience- 3-5 Time and Payroll QA Experince with Kronos and Other Payroll Systems
- Kronos Advanced Scheduler and Time Keeper a must(some configuration experience a plus)
-1 Full System Implementation experience a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills

Education Level- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Field of Study- Business Manangement Information Systems/Information Systems


Years Experience- Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
