Job Summary:
Works with the Senior Media Director and Media Manager to plan, execute and steward Northeast Division's Comcast Business $20MM+ media investment.

This role also works with key stakeholders at our Media Agency, Comcast Business HQ, Divisional and Regional Marketing teams to meet all deadlines related to the distribution of creative materials and traffic instructions to our media partners within the Northeast Division.This role serves as the final contact for delivery of creative assets to outside vendors.

Core Responsibilities:
- Works with the Media Manager and Media Agency to develop and implement Comcast Business and Xfinity Targeted media plans (University, Multi-cultural, Retail) that meet the collaborative objectives of Corporate, Division and NED Regions for both Xfinity and Comcast Business brands. Ensures that the media plans meet objectives, are on budget and are on time

Media tactics include: Broadcast TV and Radio, Digital: Display banner, Online video, Online Audio and Social, OOH and Print

- Responsible for ongoing stewardship of media plans and timeliness of media projects, including approval of Media Authorizations and Media Buys

- Attends weekly Media Agency status meetings

- Works with Regional stakeholders to understand priorities, nuances and commitments as they relate to Hyper-local media plans

- Creates and maintains accurate spending forecasts and media budget tracking, works with Finance to ensure accurate billing

- Works with both the Media team and the MarCom team simultaneously to ensure appropriate creative assets/messages are delivered in a timely manner to the specific vendor(s) for all TV, Radio, Digital, OOH and print tactics

- Attend weekly broadcast meetings

- MTS (Broadcast trafficking system)

- Understanding of Digital and Social trackers

- Processes invoices for payment of marketing materials and services; allocates funds appropriately as described in the budget

- Understanding of product, services and offers available

- Assists in pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis and summary report

Responsible for the preparation of Marketing-related reports and analysis and the implementation of marketing activity across various departments within the organization. Ensures proper implementation of marketing and communications programs to key system personnel. Supports development and implementation of online, email, and Direct Marketing programs to generate leads. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Works independently and collaboratively with outside vendors on creative design elements, production, event promotions, and sponsorships.

Job Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field such as Advertising, Marketing, or Communications preferred

- Generally, requires 2-5 years related experience

- Background in Media Planning fundamentals, strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, demonstrated problem solving skills and excellent time management skills

- Highly motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills

- The ability to interact with various levels both internally and externally

- Candidate must be a team player, ability to collaborate with various stakeholders is essential

- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
