Job Summary:
Responsible for growth & management of internal and external referral programs. Creates & executes events to drive lead development and increase revenue growth for the enterprise & small to medium business regional field sales teams. The Specialist will assist in producing lead generation materials, participate in creative brainstorms, building decks and art directing for video/digital/print/event materials. Pulls Field Marketing-related reports/ crafting data/analysis and building generic sales collateral. He/She will work with various cross-functional departments within the organization, including a minimum of 2 other office locations, on day to day tactics, while acting as a Comcast Business brand ambassador. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities:
- High level of organizational skills and ability to manage several projects from start to finish (from creation through execution elements)
- Works independently and collaboratively with outside vendors on creative design elements, customer facing events, and sponsorships.
- Assists in pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis and summary report.
- Execute internal, client facing and B2B events.
- Regular, Consistent, punctual attendance.

Job Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Experience with design tool/software (i.e. Powerpoint, Adobe/Photoshop, etc.) preferred
- Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
