Job Summary:

This role on the West Division Sales team is responsible for managing tools and programs that enable Customer Care and Technical Operations channel success. This individual will develop and document procedures, resolve operational issues, and ensure personnel receive required information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently. Oversees the communication flow between HQ, Region and Division functional groups regarding channel support, sales operations, tools and systems, relevant reports and analysis on client activity.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Dedicated resource to improving sales effectiveness in Alternate Sales Channels (Care / Technicians)

- Conducts frequent and regular sales and leadership workshops onsite & virtually

- Sales Improvement Consultant to site leadership

- Strategically delivers product and offer training & communications

- Responsible for sales incentive strategy & coordinating implementation

- Measures ROI on activities and formulates recommendations for growth& &

- Owns and manages Alternate Sales Channels -specific programs in coordination with strategic initiatives & HQ& &

- Partners with all stakeholders to drive initiatives to completion

- Supports all residential sales channels through management and implementation of channel programs, projects, and tools.

- Facilitate the optimization, implementation, and enhancements of Salesforce.com, and other sales tools to support productivity and efficiency

- Manage the integration of PMO or cross-functional initiatives into the unique needs and opportunities of our various sales channels and organizations

- Partner in the development and ongoing maintenance of an Alternate Sales Channel Playbook for the West Division

Core Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains client master data including margin analysis, prepared sales measurements and reports, processed transactions, returns, and exchanges according to Company guidelines.
- Provides overall direction of the Product Sales Support & Analysis team to drive lead generation, sales force database management, sales reporting, and production/control of presentations and proposals.
- Interfaces with appropriate internal groups (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal Affairs) to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting.
- Maintains sales forecasts and analysis for management reports.
- Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.
- Generates daily activity reports, reporting, and trends.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Business, Marketing
- Generally requires 6-9 years related experience

&

Additional Requirements:

- Experience managing direct or indirect reports in multiple locations

- Facilitation and training experience preferred
- Previous Sales Channel experience preferred
- Some travel required-25%
