Business Unit:

Job Summary:

Primary role is to partner with technology leadership team and provide reporting, analytical support and insights into the business and support transformation. Candidate will be responsible for assisting with the business operations and financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, ad hoc analysis, and various special projects.

Core Responsibilities:

- Supports the financial and business operations across the business units. These responsibilities include support of the development of business plans and supporting business cases.

- Provides budget, forecast, and variance analysis and related reports as needed.

- Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives, and determines emerging financial trends

- Provides rationale behind reports and analysis and relays them in simple terms

- Creates and maintains statistical/financial databases and reports. Runs appropriate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

- Interacts as team member and sets the pace for the Financial Analysts team. Interfaces with other department member on special projects or on an as-needed basis.

- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education Level - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Field of Study - Economics, Finance, Accounting

Years Experience

- Generally requires 5-7 years related experience

- Minimally requires 3+ years of experience

Qualifications:

- Proficient in managing large data sets in MS Excel

- Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations

- Previous experience in Hyperion/ Essbase, SAP, Salesforce, or Workforce is strongly preferred

- Database experience in Tableau or Access is strongly preferred

- Experience presenting to senior leadership is preferred
