Summary:

This position functions as the key contact person for the department. Responsible for the coordination and planning of all activities related to real estate and facilities to house the company's operations. Ensures that all company policies and procedures are being observed. Provides support to management in the Real Estate Department. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities:

- Routes for execution all contracts and lease agreements to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

- Prepares special projects, reports, and analytics as directed.

- Utilizes PowerPoint to prepare department presentations

- Organizes multiple calendars, schedules appointments and meetings

-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

- Processes monthly realestaterental payments in BIG.

- Track and update list of executed real estate documents-monthly.

- Ensures the continual operation of the leased and owned property publication process.

- Generate and track user access requests in BIG.

- Conduct audits and cleanup projects as needed in BIG.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

-Generate, void and recreate monthly rent invoice batches, making sure they route to the accounting system without errors.

- Perform quality control on executed documents entered into BIG.

Job Specification:

- Generally requires 2-5 years related experience

- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

- Corporate Real Estate knowledge preferred
