  1. 1. Regional Enterprise Customer Program Management:


  • Regional responsibility for strategic and enterprise account management throughout the region of EMEAI.
  • Develops the business within major enterprise-wide programs, often involving multi-function divisions.
  • Responsible for enhancing the partnership between Agilent and our external customers ensuring customers experience Agilent's superior customer service throughout several countries within the assigned customer sites.
  • Performs strategic account management functions within assigned strategic enterprise customers.
  • Works closely with internal customer service delivery team to ensure best in class service delivery to assigned customers.
  • Collaborates with other organisation within Agilent to ensure business opportunities are realized and executed upon.
  • Develops the Agilent/customer partnership.
  • Ensures the success of Agilent strategic account management program.
  • Delivery of Enterprise consultancy services within the Laboratory Productivity Service product portfolio (CrossLab etc...)
  • Supports country service delivery teams on strategic account management within assigned countries.
  • Ensures the success of the overall Agilent business and service levels at assigned customer engagements



  1. 2. Enterprise Services Implementation Project Management:


  • Supports the sale and manages the implementation and development of large integrated Enterprise contract solutions to external customers.
  • Scopes, develops and implements processes and tools that are scalable and repeatable across the organization ready to be deployed at new enterprise services customer facilities
  • Determines overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
  • Translate business objectives into comprehensive implementation work plan covering timeline, resources, dependencies, priorities, risks and milestones;
  • Coordinate and assure project execution including time, schedule, budgets and risk management;
  • Ensures the success of the overall CrossLab Client Program and service levels at assigned customer engagements
  • Builds and maintains client relationships during the implementation and optimization phases.
  • Monitors sub-contractors to assure project deliveries, quality and timeline are met
  • Regularly report on project status to project team, project sponsors, Agilent and Customer upper management;
  • Solves non-routine issues, challenges and problems encountered
  • Escalate to management as needed
  • Maintains project records to ensure all project information is kept and secured
