Program Overview

The Comcast Center Internship Program (CCIP) is an internship program based at our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA The program is designed to identify high-caliber talent to build our organization with the best and the brightest students who come from a variety of sourcing channels, including on-campus career fairs, partner organizations, and direct applications. In this role you will immerse yourself into the Comcast culture, working side by side with innovative and talented Comcasters. You will cultivate meaningful relationships and develop strong interpersonal and business skills that will set you apart from your peers. As an intern in the program, you would expect to work a 30-40 hour/week schedule.

Additionally, your experience will include:

Role Overview

The Enterprise Marketing team is focused on developing best-in-class marketing strategies that deliver qualified, actionable leads to the Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams. The Enterprise Marketing Intern position will provide project and operational support for marketing programs and call center initiatives targeting mid-market and enterprise businesses, as well as key vertical segments.

Intern will:

- Campaigns & Reporting

- Work with Marketing Leads to generate and update campaign mailing lists

- Support the sales reporting process for Enterprise, Mid-Market and Vertical campaigns

- Create and maintain SFDC campaign codes and communicate codes to key stakeholders

- Run weekly Call Center campaign reports

- Assist with overall campaign execution as needed

- Provide Sales Support

- Manage the Video Channel Lineup process to create marketing materials that aid the Sales teams in selling Video services

- Content Development

- Develop an ongoing stream of content for vertical marketing "Chatter" (internal social media feed) groups to help educate the Sales teams

- Own and maintain the "Chatter" communications calendar

- Assist with the development and enhancement of new and existing product and marketing resources

- Analyst Relations

- Analyst list management; clean up and ensure lists are updated with complete information of Tier 1 and Tier 2 analyst community

- Help support Q3 version of analyst newsletter

- Proof read content for upcoming content deliverables including presentation engagement with agency for analyst conference

- Analyst conference logistics support; provide additional program management support closing on deliverable and following up on action items

- Assist with franchise specific content and collateral sheets for Franchisee programs

- Liaise with agency on franchise sell sheet design for specific franchise shows

- Edit and proof content for franchisee landing pages

- Assist with monthly operations reporting

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements

- Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university with the Grad year of 2019 or 2020 (Sophomores and Juniors).

- Major: History, Communications, Mathematics, Political Science, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Operations Management, Management Information Systems and Marketing

- Minimum GPA: 3.2

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

- Must have experience with data analysis, probability, and statistics

- Must have excellent time management and verbal/written communication skills

- Must have great attention to detail and organizational skills

- Must have ability to interface with all levels of management

- Must be able to work evenings (when necessary)

- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interest in the telecommunications, cable and media industries

- Ability to work on a team

- Authorized to work in the United States of America
