We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers. In this job you will work with customer based for the EMEAI (Europe & India) Customer Service operations while working with an internal team spread across the globe. This is a complex job that requires excellent communication in Italian language at least B2 level proficiency and organization skills.
You would be responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, sales or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Responds to or provide an assistance to Agilent trade customer and internal customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management and scheduling operations. May act for team responsible for booking orders and/or processing quotes. Once the customer has placed a request; you will take care of entering and editing of the order, in accordance to Agilent policies and processes. You ensure proper approvals for any non-standard or specially negotiated terms and conditions, and ensure supporting document is in order.
You negotiate with Field Service Engineers and Division to establish expected delivery date and you would proactively manage orders to meet committed delivery date and any special delivery requirements.
Ensure that all orders are processed within timelines and ensure proper coordination with FSEs and internal stakeholders.
