DUTIES:Provide technical leadership within teams responsible for the implementation and quality assurance (QA) of the company's Next Gen billing platform; perform end-to-end product development, including architecting, developing, testing, and operationalizing the platform's back-end billing component, Application Program Interface (API) layer, and user interface; collaborate with product owners and program managers to build a consolidated QA test automation framework to direct and control test execution; utilize Agile methodologies to perform QA test automation in business support systems for telecommunications operations; utilize API Frameworks, including REST and SOAP to architect and design APIs to support the new billing platform's integration with all current and future Comcast Cable products; design and develop automation frameworks using SOAP UI Pro and Parasoft SOATEST to test and validate APIs; perform Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) using Jenkins; perform end-to-end heath-checks of the product usage experience; test design and perform technical architecture analysis of software utilizing Business Support System (BSS) and Operations Support System (OSS) components; document and analyze test results, identifying issues in order to reform and re-execute tests; perform engineering design evaluations; recommend alterations to development and design to improve the quality of products; perform day-to-day test management, including developing test plans and test automation frameworks, overseeing QA test teams, and managing resource allocation, to ensure complex product features are functional; provide daily metrics and dashboards to leadership with overall status and progress of testing and automation; and mentor QA engineers and test teams on how to create and modify test scripts, create test cases, and automate frameworks.

REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; and seven (7) years of end-to-end product development and QA test automation experience in business support systems for telecommunications operations; performing day-to-day test management, including developing test plans and test automation frameworks; utilizing API Frameworks, including REST and SOAP, to architect and design APIs; utilizing BSS/OSS components; and performing CI/CD. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional two (2) years of the above-referenced experience.
