Job Summary:
Technical Program Management lead responsible for managing multiple engineering work streams contributing to a smaller program effort.& & Facilitates across cross-functional teams to clearly define scope and major milestones of assigned program.& & Accountable for documenting program status and appropriate communications.& & Objectively identifies and analyzes risks in Program, and seeks recommendation for path forward from appropriate group.

Functional Expertise
Project management experience in a technical, innovative organization.& Agile focus.& Demonstrated capacity to handle additional responsibility for multiple, parallel efforts and solid facilitation skills.&

Core Responsibilities:
- Works with engineering and/or product leads to prioritize/maintain backlog; drives requirements definition & discussion
- Develops and communicates detailed requirements; reduces cost and time to market by clarifying scope and preventing waste
- Serves as the product’s representative and advocate
- Manages ownership of epics / modules; assists with testing & documentation along with release plan and roadmap as needed
- Ensures that development team is focused on achieving business outcomes and doing the most important work
- Oversees the release plan so product & program stakeholders have clarity and confidence in what will be released & when so they can make informed tradeoffs
- Propose and implement workflow process improvements for Directed / Trusted initiatives to help meet quarterly goals
- Facilitate information transfer and communication between the engineering teams to optimize the team's ability to make the right decisions
- Identify risks in product development and works with delivery owner to optimize product success
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, negotiation and issue resolution for topics with various levels of complexity and sensitivity
- Serves as the delivery owner, responsible for a successful delivery and raising any concerns or issues to leadership
- Be able to provide a weekly read out to executive stakeholders on program updates
- Be able to establish a trusted partnership with critical stakeholders in functional areas across the Enterprise to ensure successful delivery

Helps to have:&
- Deep understanding of the many systems/architectures that combine to deliver our products/services
- Deep understanding of the many Products we produce, how they function from a customer perspective and the value they add to a customer
- Deep understanding of our business/industry landscape to be able to link the products/services we deliver to strategic business drivers

Education and Work Experience
- Preferred BA/BS, 3-6 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.& &
- Independent problem solving skills and risk management experience. PMP certification a plus.
