The vacuum product division of Gr. China is looking for a district sales manager who will lead the academia and instrument OME business in East and South China.
- Direct managing key customers and key projects aligned with the worldwide strategy of the vacuum division of Agilent;
- Leading business team (including direct sales reps and channels) on the financial budget accomplishment and incremental growing YoY;
- Participate into the operation management of Vacuum Division in field and supporting the implement of division annual KPI;
- Lead both direct and virtual team in hunting new business opportunities in market with strong team-work and accountability;
The candidate is expected to have a superior understanding how to expand business in the academia and OEM market and has the strong background to support that. Who need to organize business with a strong managing of both revenue commitment and business profit; who should have the ability to lead business activities and moving business continuous growing with coaching people and improve the performance of the whole revenue unit. Who should have a demonstrated leadership both on real and virtual team; who should have the strong demonstrated ability of working under pressure. Who should be non-compromised integrity and engaged in sustain Agilent the bench mark of honesty and trustable.
