Manager, Data Quality and Operations


Manages, implements, and coordinates data quality assurance programs to prevent or minimize risk to the integrity of sales performance, compensation, and operations data. The manager will provide oversight to the data integrity as well develop data quality metrics and proactively identify potential data quality issues that may arise from daily processing. The individual will partner with the sales support team to address production issues related to data quality, data loads, and ETL processing questions and issues.

The Manager of Data Quality and Operations will also oversee the daily data processing function of the National Sales Organization. Including monitoring daily ETL jobs and data loads for failures; as well as set and manage SLAs for data refresh times. Manager will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis if data load or quality issues occur.

The individual filling this role may be required to assist in managing or overseeing the development of new data assets in Comcast's data infrastructure.

The Manager of Data Quality and Operations will report into the Director of National Sales Data Operations and will manage one analyst resource.

Job Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
