The QC Analyst, Intermediate will be responsible for complaint investigation, stability studies, production support, and to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with Agilent policy. This position requires the ability to write accurate specifications, protocols, implement projects and deliver reports in a timely manner. Ensure established standards for safety, quality, quantity, service, and cost standards are maintained and results are delivered against specific goals by effectively planning and organizing. This analyst will provide leadership, direction and motivation to Entry Level Associates/Technicians to achieve results through safe and proper utilization of processes, materials and equipment.
Responsible for performing a variety of duties within the Quality Control Department. Duties may be related to production, materials specification, manufacturing process and support, test and rework and quality inspection, including training of other Operations employees. Will be required to access information in the QMS site, Agile document site or the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
QC Testing: In compliance with GMP, GDP and standard operating procedures, performs quality testing of Agilent products, including raw materials, in-process material and finished goods in a manufacturing laboratory environment. Stability studies and complaint investigation.
