Analyzes changes and assesses resulting impacts to division.  Ensures division is adequately prepared to accept changes.  Takes lead role in representing division for assigned business processes, applications, projects and initiatives through interface with other functional units across the business, ensuring the division’s interests and needs are known and accommodated.  Communicates relevant information to management team and solicits input and feedback regarding upcoming changes.   Engages internal and external communication, subject matter experts and management as needed to drive effective change management solutions.  Takes lead role in planning and executing process, technology and systems initiatives impacting assigned business units and functions


KNOWLEDGE: Learns to use professional concepts. Has an understanding of the fundamentals of change and change management and how to apply those practices within the business.  Understanding of project management and system development life cycles preferred.


JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds stable working relationships internally.


SUPERVISION: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.


EXPERIENCE Typically requires 3 years of related experience/ previous professional experience.  Experience in problem solving skills with respect to business process design, and technology solutions.
