Novitex Enterprise Solutions is looking to fill a Digital Imaging Specialist position in Detroit, MI.

So what will you actually be doing?
The DIS will be vital to the Firm’s ongoing digital initiative – moving from paper to a digital platform. The DIS will need to contribute to the firm’s continued efforts to develop new and creative ways to drive operational efficiencies. The DIS will need to become proficient with the Firm’s core programs and processes, including but not limited to Word, FileSite, Veritrak, Adobe Pro, IPro eScan-IT, and Elite Enterprise Records Module.
The DIS must have adequate knowledge of and experience with technology in the workplace to perform whatever tasks are required including, digitizing documents, digital document management, document encryption, e-discovery, data manipulation, ESI processing to load files for litigation support/document production software.
· Undergraduate degree and/or hardware/software certifications.
