Job Description, Duties and Responsibilities

The Impression Center Agent delivers customer service more like Cielo and less like everyone else. The Impression Center enhances our clients’ candidate interactions with a team dedicated to immediate availability, single call resolution, and unprecedented responsiveness.  Their responsibilities include:

  • Provide “We Become You” seamless customer support to candidates via phone, live chat, voicemail, and email
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and functional command of multiple applicant tracking systems
  • Utilize critical and innovative thinking to troubleshoot issues and offer resolutions
  • Adapt communication style to different demographics
  • Promote service excellence through courteous, patient, and gracious interaction
  • Drive impression to resolution with internal sense of urgency, control of conversation, and active listening
  • Leverage resources to provide thorough and accurate information to candidate
  • Use judgment to escalate to proper party when needed
  • Follow through on unresolved candidate inquiries to close the loop
  • Work to elevate the level of efficiency and service through collaboration, examining current processes to determine room for improvement, and suggesting best practices
  • Perform monthly sweeps and an annual audit of assigned tabs on shared resource
  • Other duties as assigned

An exceptional Impression Center Agent is customer-centric, understanding the client program or team needs within their service delivery area. Additionally, the Impression Center Agent:

  • Provides superior customer service, delivering an excellent candidate experience and acting as a steward of our clients’ brands 
  • Demonstrates proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel
  • Is extraordinarily detail-oriented and organized, with effective time management skills
  • Can successfully accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Is polished and professional in demeanor and communication style
  • Has the ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment
  • Handles candidate and client team communication with confidence and professionalism 

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be based in the Brookfield, Wisconsin area.
  • Has a minimum of two years of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills.
  • Is able to work independently, with little to no supervision and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must possess sound judgment, have good critical thinking skills, and have the ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Showcases exceptional organization, time management, administrative and customer service skills. Must be able to multi-task effectively.
  • Is extremely proficient with PCs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and other related software.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Has a High School Diploma (required). Bachelor’s degree achieved or in progress preferred.
Individual Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be based in the Brookfield, Wisconsin area.
  • Will be comfortable with part-time hours. Around 25 hours per week, 5 days per week 
  • Has a minimum of two years of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills.
  • Is able to work independently, with little to no supervision and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must possess sound judgment, have good critical thinking skills, and have the ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Showcases exceptional organization, time management, administrative and customer service skills. Must be able to multi-task effectively.
  • Is extremely proficient with PCs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and other related software.
