About the Job

Responsibilities: Responsible for leading strategic sourcing efforts of greater than $100M in annual non-inventory spend with cross-functional teams ensuring the consistent use of the strategic sourcing methodology including sourcing and implementation. Work will require the leadership of cross-functional sourcing teams to redefine supplier relationships and improve business processes for specific sourcing groups. Other responsibilities may include oversight or accountability of non-inventory procurement policies, contract management, procurement training, Oracle database configuration, maintenance and testing, capital and operating expense budget forecasting and analysis, departmental IT requirements, and administrative support for procurement organization activities. Requirements: Education: Minimum BS/BA in business, materials management, supply chain, purchasing or engineering required. Experience: Desired: Oracle purchasing and project costing knowledge, professional certification, i.e. APICS, CPM, NAPM, and a MBA or other related advanced degree. Minimum of 5 - 8 years of portfolio management and strategic sourcing experience, specifically for indirect or MRO spend categories. Minimum 3-5 years line level supervisory experience in a Financial or Procurement organization. Minimum 3 years experience in supplier management, contract management, metrics, budget forecasting and financial analysis.
