The Director of WW Commercialization, Eliquis, will be an integral member of the Worldwide Brand Team and reports to the VP and Worldwide General Manager Eliquis.  This is a high profile marketing role that will focus on driving successful commercialization of Eliquis across global markets.  This individual will lead the development of the worldwide commercialization strategy in collaboration with key worldwide markets.
 

Primary responsibilities will include\:
•    Lead co-creation of strategic plan with extended worldwide and country brand leads/Business Unit Directors, identifying and developing “bend the curve” strategies and opportunities to support the continued success of Eliquis
•    Lead scenario planning, strategic choice work, and other key projects/activities
•    Track market dynamics and scenario evaluations as marketplace continues to evolve
•    Development of metrics and KPIs for the Eliquis business WW, track performance to plan, capture key learnings and synthesize to implications for brand strategy
•    Collaborate with the Business Insights and Analytics team to lead analysis and planning for optimizing brand resource allocation 
•    Effectively manage WW A&P budget across the BMS/Pfizer Alliance

Qualifications\:
•    MBA or other advanced business degree and a minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical marketing experience, with a total of at least 10 years total experience across marketing or other commercial support-related experience
•    Previous marketing, Cardiovascular therapy area preferred
•    US marketing, access, and sales leadership experience highly preferred
•    Demonstrated experience successfully leading in a complex and global matrix 
•    Experience in mobilizing matrix team members, country partners, embracing teamwork and project management within a cross functional environment will be critical 
•    Demonstrated analytical skills, with regards to market research, competitive data collection analysis, financial analysis and crystallization of key business insights are needed 
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently drive performance are required 
•    Personal integrity; passionate, energetic and focused on the company and mission 
•    Listens/considers alternative ideas, viewpoints and encourages debate on others' ideas.
