Provide advanced-level support to internal service team members. 

Responsibilities:

Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and resourcefulness. Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data.  Collect data by utilizing available systems and drawing information from a variety of sources within and outside the department. Formulate technical information into a client-ready response.   Create and prepare client ready meeting materials.  Plan and coordinate training classes, meetings and special events. Participate in special projects or other duties as assigned.

 

Create, edit, and proofread letters, processes, reports, presentation materials, and prepare correspondence often with little direction.  Gather and analyze incoming inquiries or information to identify and solve problems with little or no precedent. Evaluate and communicate information in a clear and professional manner, recognizing when high sensitivity and discretion is required.

 

Conduct in-depth research for complex data analysis. Work autonomously using judgment and discretion within established procedures and practices.  Demonstrate ownership, initiative and accountability for assigned projects.  Coordinate a high-volume of work with efficiency and accuracy.  

Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree with additional college coursework; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
 

Experience: 2 - 4 years demonstrated expertise providing advanced administrative support, including MS Office applications, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with managing multiple tasks with different deadlines and goals.
