Job Summary:

Responsible for the program management activities and alignment forstrategic programs, coordinating among a wide range of cross-functionalinternal and external resources to ensure that programs are within thescope, within budget, and on schedule, with guidance from senior staffmember(s). Serve as the program lead, responsible and accountable inthe planning, development and delivery of new programs.

Core Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day support and maintenance of Beta Trials, including but not limited to ACSR, ACSR Voice, XRay, Einstein, Watchtower and Micro Focus Rumba.

- Billing experience-specialize in putting X1 (Video) and Wireless Gateway (Internet) devices into production billing for the first time, keeping an archive of all Field advisory documents, staying ahead of new inventory and billing changes.

- Acts as liaison between Technical and Development departments within Comcast as well as our customers in order to ensure all operational needs are met.

- Develop and manage product innovation activities including new product pipeline and existing Trial devices.

- Manage device inventory system that allows the team to carrying the proper level of devices and decreased overall wait time on trails.

- Built excellent cross-functional relationships with development teams, Product managers and Vendors that fostered trust, transparency, innovation, and collaboration

Job Specification:

- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

- Business, Engineering

- Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
